If crying makes you feel just a little bit better, then you should definetely cry - no matter if you're a child or an adult.
I'm sorry to hear that you're not feeling too good (today) and I pray that Allah (swt) will lift up your spirit again and make you feel happy and grateful.

Yes, there is nothing wrong. Its human to cry. Its a mercy from Allah swt to make the unspeakable be formed in passing of tears. Do it and then realize everything will be ok and there is life to be lived. It will pass. I second sister rose water.
Of course you can cry sis...and you should too if it makes you feel better. I hope this will pass, but just the fact that you are writing it here is a good thing. It's good to have a place to go to.
